The staff's friendly and helpful demeanor added a nice touch to the overall experience, making guests feel welcome and at ease.While the language barrier was evident at times, the warm smiles and willingness to assist made up for it. The central location of the hotel allowed for easy access to various tourist spots, further enhancing the convenience factor.Complimentary amenities like free Wi-Fi and toiletries were appreciated, contributing to a comfortable stay without extra costs. Although some additional services like laundry or car hire were not available on-site, the hotel's competitive pricing and excellent location more than made up for it.In conclusion, Ritsa offers a balance between affordability and quality, making it a suitable choice for travelers looking to explore the area without compromising on comfort and convenience.
